Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online store "YFIFTEEN" (hereinafter "Service") operated by YFIFTEEN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company"). By using the Service, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between customers and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  2. Individual rules and additional rules posted on the Service constitute part of these Terms.
  3. In case of conflict between these Terms and individual rules, individual rules shall take precedence.

Article 2 (Member Registration)

  1. Those wishing to use the Service shall register as members according to the method prescribed by the Company after agreeing to these Terms.
  2. The Company may refuse member registration in the following cases:
    • If false information is submitted
    • If the application is from someone who has violated these Terms
    • If the Company determines registration is inappropriate

Article 3 (Product Purchase)

  1. Customers may purchase products according to the method prescribed by the Company on the Service.
  2. A sales contract is established when the Company sends an order confirmation email to the customer.
  3. Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon full payment completion.

Article 4 (Payment Methods)

  1. Customers shall pay for purchased products according to the payment methods prescribed by the Company.
  2. Payment method details are as described in "Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure".

Article 5 (Shipping)

  1. The Company will ship products to the delivery address specified by the customer.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for damage or loss of products due to accidents during shipping. However, this does not apply if the Company is intentionally or grossly negligent.
  3. If products cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information, redelivery costs shall be borne by the customer.

Article 6 (Returns & Exchanges)

  1. Due to the nature of products, returns and exchanges for customer convenience cannot be accepted.
  2. For defective products or incorrect deliveries, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange or refund at our expense.
  3. For PSA graded cards, returns and exchanges are only accepted with unopened cases.

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

Customers shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  1. Acts violating laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts related to criminal activities
  3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the Company's servers or networks
  4. Acts that may interfere with Service operations
  5. Acts of collecting or accumulating other customers' personal information
  6. Acts of impersonating other customers
  7. Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces
  8. Purchasing products for resale purposes
  9. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights for content (text, images, videos, etc.) posted on the Service belong to the Company or legitimate third-party rights holders.
  2. Customers may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or publicly transmit Service content without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 9 (Service Changes, Suspension, Termination)

  1. The Company may change Service content or suspend/terminate Service provision without prior notice to customers.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to customers by Service changes, suspension, or termination.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company makes no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the Service.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from customer use of the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
  3. Even if the Company is liable for damages, liability shall be limited to the price of the product that caused the damage.

Article 11 (Terms Changes)

  1. The Company may change these Terms without notice when deemed necessary.
  2. Changed Terms shall take effect upon publication on the Service.

Article 12 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
  2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
